Science
The main scientific directions which developed by professors of the Department are:
- Public international law,
- Private international law and comparative law.
Besides providing traditional education, training and methodological component activity of the department has a strong scientific orientation. Within the work the department proposed to develop a number of scientific fields, in particular such as analysis of the legal system and laws of the Asia-Pacific region, the CIS countries, countries of continental law system, the Muslim world, etc. The work of Department involves close cooperation with partner universities of Law Institute in Russia and abroad, including lecturing the department staff in foreign universities.
