Department of International and Grant Programs
The Department of International and Grant Programs was established to carry out the programs aimed at international cooperation of the Law Institute of ISU. The main task of this structure is to find, analyze and provide the students and staff with the information concerning various international programs and to fulfill the international activity of the Law Institute of Irkutsk State University.
International projects of the Law Institute:
- Academic exchange of students and professors: practical possibility to study foreign languages and sciences abroad, practice for undergraduates and other projects;
- Master programs: in 2010 the Law Institute ISU and Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznan, Poland) started the mutual master program for students of the Law Institute of ISU. Participants of the project will be able to pursue for Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University. The same program is going to be launched together with Savoy University (Chambery, France);
- Cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross in the educational field of International Humanitarian Law;
- Building of international informative on-line portal “Roman Law / Jus Romanum”;
- International summer law schools, international conferences and other projects.
