The department of civil law developed scientific theme “Actual problems of private law regulation of market relations, implementation and protection of civil rights". According to planning topic Department lecturers has published several works that reflect the scientific specialization of the authors.
Over the last few years three monographs and a few helpful for students learning and training manuals were published.
Moreover, members of the Department take part in various scientific and practical conferences. Almost all the lecturers of the department make presentations at conferences held by Law Institute of ISU twice during each school year, but in an active members of the department are performances at international meetings of scientists.
At the Department postgraduate specialty 12.00.03 "Civil law, family law, business law, international private law" is open.
