Profile: “The government and municipal authorities in the Russian Federation: legal regulation and practice of realization”.

The department of constitutional law of the Law Institute of Irkutsk State University implements the master's program “The government and municipal authorities in the Russian Federation: legal regulation and practice of realization” in the direction of training 030900.68 “Jurisprudence”. The Department invites graduates of Russian law (humanitarian) higher education institutions and foreign citizens who have graduated from foreign law institutions for training on 2014-2016 academic year and getting qualification Master of Laws.

A graduate of the training profile prepared for the following types of professional activity in the bodies:

The area of professional activity Master of Laws according to the profile training “The government and municipal authorities in the Russian Federation: legal regulation and practice of realization” includes institutional and management activity in public authorities, focusing on the implementation of legal expertise, design and implementation of projects legal acts, to maintain law and order, carrying out scientific research, advisory engagement of individuals and legal entities, safeguarding participants of legal relations.

A graduate of the specified profile training studying for professional legal activity in the legislative, executive and judiciary, in agencies of prosecution service, security, investigation and other law enforcement agencies, in public and private organizations, enterprises and institutions, research and evaluation institutions and universities.

Regulatory time limit of development of basic educational program for full-time and extra-mural courses of study is 2 years (4 semesters). Final state certification of graduates includes: 1) conduct a comprehensive qualifying examination in the direction of training; 2) defence of the graduate qualification work. Graduate qualification work is done in the form of a master's thesis during the period of practice and perform research work. It is an independent and logically complete work associated with the problem solving of the activity to which prepares Master (research, legislative, enforcement, law enforcement, expert consulting, institutional and management, research, educational).

Tuition for the academic year 2014-2015:

For Russian citizens the tuition for the academic year 2014-2015 is as follows:

Full-time courses - 81 700 rubles (with the possibility of payment by semester);

Extra-mural courses - 42 000 (with the possibility of payment by semester).


 

For foreign citizens tuition fees for the academic year 2014-2015 is a follows:

Full-time courses - 85 200 rubles (with the possibility of payment by semester);

Extra-mural courses - 45 000 (with the possibility of payment by semester).

 

Entrance trials:

- Test for admission to the Judiciary on the profile (testing program is available on the website lawinstitut.ru in the "Educational Programs → Magistracy ");

In addition to foreign citizens - testing to the Russian language (may be waived in the case of submission of a certificate in Russian language at least equal to the second level).

2. The instrument of education received (with the subjects, hours spent on study subjects and grade them, points, loan), which must be:

- Legalized in the country of study or in the country that issued the document;

- Equivalence of qualification the state standard of the Russian Federation (recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science in the Russian Federation through the Department of International Relations ISU);

- Translated into Russian;

- Certified by a Russian notary or the Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country issuing the document or Consulate of the country in the Russian Federation, the document was issued.

3. A copy of the national passport;

4. A copy of the visa;

5. Photo 3x4 cm. - 6 pieces.
