The purpose of the HPE PLO "Contract Law":

HPE "Contract Law" aims to develop students' personal qualities, as well as the formation of general culture (universal) and professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the HPE GEF in the direction indicated. Also, the aim of the HPE "Contract Law" is to train a new generation of highly educated lawyers in the sphere of activity of law firms, commercial organizations, government and municipal agencies responsible dynamically changing requirements of the modern labor market and international levels of professional education.

Mission HPE PLO "Contract Law":

- Promote an increasing degree of educational needs of individuals, society and the state, the development of a common educational space in the area of Jurisprudence and facilitate its integration into the world educational and communication research environment. To do this, in the course of training in order comparisons using national civil legislation of other countries, the Principles of International Commercial Contracts, Principles of European Contract Law;
