Наследие профессора Н. А. Пьянова в развитии юридической науки и высшего юридического образования в Восточной Сибири

Аннотация. Дается комплексный обзор научно-педагогического наследия выдающегося сибирского ученого,
профессора Николая Андреевича Пьянова. Рассматриваются основные этапы его жизненного и научного пути.
Демонстрируется влияние научных доктрин Н. А. Пьянова на развитие отечественной теоретико-правовой мысли
как в работах его учеников, так и в научных произведениях иных исследователей. Анализируются наиболее
значимые труды Н. А. Пьянова, его диссертация «Истина в правоприменительной деятельности» и монографии
«Государственное регулирование общественных отношений: вопросы теории», «Теоретические проблемы
государственного регулирования общественных отношений». Данные работы, являющиеся квинтэссенцией
основных этапов научного пути Н. А. Пьянова, рассмотрены с точки зрения как научного значения, так и яркого следа,
оставленного в отечественной науке теории государства и права. Исследуется педагогическое наследие Н. А. Пьянова,
объединенное в его статьях под рубрикой «Консультации по теории государства и права», в течение многих лет
публиковавшихся в журнале «Сибирский юридический вестник» и в учебно-методических работах по теории государства
и права, актуальным вопросам данной области научного знания. Разработанные талантливым педагогом положения
составили прочный фундамент для освоения теории государства и права многими поколениями правоведов Иркутска
и других городов России. Делаются выводы об актуальности трудов Н. А. Пьянова для текущего этапа развития
российского государства и права, общей теории государства и права.

Abstract. The article is devoted to a comprehensive review of the scientific and pedagogical heritage of an outstanding scientist,
Professor Nikolai Andreevich Pyanov. The paper discusses the main stages of his scientific path, analyzes the most significant works
of the author. The paper traces the influence of scientific doctrines N. A. Pyanov on the development of domestic theoretical and legal
thought, as in the works of his students, and in the scientific works of other researchers. The main place in the article is occupied
by the analysis of large-scale works by N. А. Pyanov, his thesis “The truth in law enforcement” and the monograph “State regulation
of public relations: questions of theory”. These works, which are the quintessence of the main stages of the scientific path
N. A. Pyanov was considered both from the point of view and scientific significance, as well as the bright trace left in the national
science of the theory of state and law. A separate aspect of the article is the analysis of the pedagogical heritage of N. A. Pianov
expressed in his articles under the heading “Consultations on the Theory of State and Law” published for many years in the journal
Siberian Legal Bulletin, and in educational and methodical works on the theory of state and law and topical issues of this field
of scientific knowledge. These educational and methodological works became, of course, the basis for understanding the foundations
of the theory of state and law for entire generations of lawyers both in Irkutsk and other cities of Russia.The work concludes not
only about the large role of the scientific and pedagogical heritage of N. A. Pyanov, and about the topicality of his work at the current
stage of development of both the Russian state and law, and the science of the theory of state and law. Moreover, the authors
suggest that the true value and role of the scientific heritage of N. A. Pyanov can be assessed only after many years, when the grains
of scientific knowledge, carefully sown in his works, will be picked up in the scientific works of followers.
