Аннотация. В статье представлены результаты сравнительно-правового исследования конституционных основ свободы собраний в странах постсоветского пространства.
В частности, описываются общие и особенные черты в используемой терминологии, формы реализации, системы организации, принципы реализации свободы собраний.
Кроме того, выявлены и раскрыты признаки свободы собраний как естественного, политического и относительного права.

Abstract. The article presents the results of a comparative law study of the constitutional foundations of freedom of assembly in the countries
of the post-Soviet space. In particular, general and specific features are described in the terminology used, forms of implementation,
organization systems, principles for the realization of freedom of assembly are described. In addition, the signs of freedom of assembly
as a natural, political and relative right were revealed and disclosed.
