Аннотация. В связи с развитием межгосударственных интеграционных процессов увеличилась доля товаров,
приобретаемых физическими лицами для личного потребления посредством интернет-торговли.
Основным способом доставки данной категории товаров являются международные почтовые отправления.
На территории Таможенного союза ЕАЭС и РФ действуют международные соглашения и нормативные правовые акты,
регулирующие порядок перемещения товаров в международных почтовых отправлениях.
Одним из актуальных вопросов в правовом регулировании перемещения товаров через таможенную границу,
в том числе и в международных почтовых отправлениях, является соблюдение запретов и ограничений
со стороны декларанта. В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с соблюдением ограничений
при перемещении товаров через таможенную границу физическим лицами, и предлагаются пути их решений.

Abstract. In this regard, the development of integration processes between states has increased the proportion
of the goods purchased by individuals through the Internet trading for personal consumption. The main methods
of delivery of this category of goods is international departure sweat. On the territory of the Customs Union and the
Russian Federation existing international agreements and regulations governing the movement of goods in the MPO.
Of great importance in the regulation of ISA in the customs territory of the Customs Union plays EAEC Customs
Code of the CU and the Agreement between the Government of Russian Federation, Government of the Republic
of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 июня 2010. (Hereinafter – the Agreement)
«On the procedure for movement of goods by individuals for personal use through customs border of the Customs
Union and customs operations connected with their release». Features of the movement of goods in the IGO
are discussed in this article.
