Аннотация. Исследуется одна из процессуальных форм взаимодействия следователя с органами дознания – содействие
при производстве следственных и иных процессуальных действий. Отмечается, что содержанием рассматриваемой
формы взаимодействия является участие сотрудников органа дознания в подготовке и проведении отдельных сложных
и трудоемких следственных действий, которое выражается в непосредственной практической помощи процессуального
и организационно-тактического характера, оказываемой следователю.

Abstract. In article one of remedial forms of interoperability of the inspector with bodies of inquiry – assistance investigated
by realization of investigatory and other remedial actions. It is marked, that a content of the considered form of interoperability
is participation of employees of body of inquiry in preparation and carrying out of separate complex and labor-consuming
investigatory actions that expressed in the direct practical help of the remedial and organizational-tactical character, rendered to the inspector.
