Аннотация. Рассматриваются предпосылки и критерии выделения конституционных правоотношений. В
результате проведенного анализа автором выделяются признаки конституционных правоотношений.
На основании полученных признаков формулируется определение конституционных правоотношений.

Abstract. In article prerequisites and criteria of allocation of the constitutional legal relationship are considered.
As a result of the carried-out analysis the author allocates signs of the constitutional legal relationship.
On the basis of the received signs definition of the constitutional legal relationship is formulated.
