правового статуса детей, инвалидов, находящихся в местах лишения свободы и других лиц, реализация и самозащита для которых затруднены

в силу обстоятельств субъективного и объективного характера.

Abstract. The author addresses the problem of providing additional legislative and authority and organizational means to protect the legal status of children,

the disabled, people in places of deprivation of liberty and other individuals, the implementation and self-protection are difficult due

to circumstances of subjective and objective character.
