К вопросу о динамике Конституции Российской Федерации и содержательных пределах конституционных поправок

Аннотация. Автор статьи, отмечая динамизм общественных отношений, указывает на неизбежность изменения действующего Основного закона, которое возможно в форме принятия поправок к Конституции РФ либо ее пересмотра. При этом автор анализирует положения главы 9 Конституции РФ с целью выявления содержательных (предметных) пределов изменения Конституции РФ с помощью поправок без ее пересмотра (принятия новой Конституции РФ).

Abstract. In this article, the author, celebrating the dynamism of social relations, points to the inevitability of change of the current Basic law, which may be in the form of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation or its revision. The author analyzes the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation with the purpose of identifying content (subject) limits changes to the Constitution via amendments without the adoption of the new Constitution of the Russian Federation as a result of its review.
