Вопросы реформирования сибирской юстиции во второй половине XIX века в деятельности местной администрации

Аннотация. Рассматриваются вопросы реализации судебной реформы 1864 г., анализируется политика правительства в области судоустройства и судопроизводства в связи с длительностью процесса реформирования судебной системы страны на примере Сибири, а также позиция местной сибирской администрации в вопросах судебных преобразований. Результаты исследования позволяют выявить противоречия в вопросах реформирования сибирской юстиции между правительством и руководством края; при этом указываются причины, по которым судебная реформа в Сибири была проведена только в 1896 г.

Abstract. The article focuses on issues of the 1864 judicial reform realization. The author analyzes the government policies in the area of the judicial system and legal proceedings in connection with the duration of the process of reforming the country’s judicial system on the example of Siberia, as well as the position of the local Siberian administration in matters of judicial reforms in the second half of the XIX century. The findings reveal the contradictions in reforming Siberian justice between the government and the leadership of the region. The author points out the reasons for which the judicial reform in Siberia was held only in 1896.
