Аннотация. Статья посвящена административно-правовым аспектам особого статуса административно-территориальных единиц, образованных в границах бывших автономных округов. Речь идет о различных моделях статуса органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, действующих в этих территориальных единицах.
