Процессуальная самостоятельность следователя: понятие и сущность

Аннотация. В статье исследуются отдельные вопросы о понятии и сущности процессуальной самостоятельности следователя. Автором анализируются полномочия следователя, предусмотренные Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом Российской Федерации, и на основании этого делается вывод о том, что процессуальная самостоятельность является обязанностью следователя.

Abstract. The article focuses on the concept and essence of the investigator’s procedural independence. The author analyzes the investigator’s powers and authorities as provided for by the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis, the author concludes that the procedural independence is the investigator’s duty.
