Аннотация. Рассмотрены проблемы законодательного регулирования и практики применения вопросов защиты прав лиц, потерпевших от преступлений в стадии исполнения приговора, проанализирована позиция Консти-туционного Суда РФ по данному вопросу.

Abstract. The article focuses on the problem of the legislative regulation and practice of the protection of the rights of persons being criminal victims on the stage of execution. The position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on this issue is analyzed.
