Аннотация. В статье рассматривается проблема сохранения базовых параметров правовой системы государства в условиях преобразования политических режимов. Автор исследует формальную и содержательную стабильность права и приходит выводу о том, что для различных правовых систем стабильность права в рамках трансформации политических режимов приобретает разное значение.

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of preserving the basic parameters of the legal system of the state in the conditions of transformation of political regimes. The author explores the formal and substantive rights and stability comes the conclusion that different legal systems stability rights under the transformation of political regimes acquires a different meaning.
