Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу подходов и оценок судебной реформы 1864 г. в России на страницах отечественных научных журналов в юбилейные годы 100-летия и 125-летия реформы. Дан обзор публикаций последних лет, посвященных этой проблеме. Автором сделан вывод о том, что на оценки и выводы существенное влияние оказывали политико-идеологические факторы. В то же время освобождение от идеологических догм позволяло значительно расширить поле исследования, выйти исследователям на новые темы и сюжеты изучения этой темы. Современная историография оценивает реформу как крупный шаг к гражданскому обществу и правовому государству в пореформенный период, вовлечение в единую судебную и правовую систему народов России.

Abstract. Article is devoted the analysis of approaches and estimations in the legal and istoriko-legal literature to judicial reform of 1864 in Russia on pages of domestic scientific magazines in anniversary years: the 100 anniversaries and the reform 125 anniversaries. The review of modern consideration of essence of reform last years is given. The author has drawn a conclusion that on estimations and conclusions essential influence was rendered by politiko-ideological factors. Clearing of ideological dogmas allowed to expand considerably a research field, to leave to researchers on new themes and plots of studying of this theme. The modern historiography estimates reform as a big stride to a civil society and a lawful state in пореформенный the period, involving in uniform judicial and legal system of the people of Russia.
