Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются виды связей в контексте их использования для установления обстоятельств, подлежащих доказыванию при помощи косвенных доказательств. Отмечается, что все имеющиеся в деле косвенные доказательства связаны с предметом доказывания через «промежуточный факт», а также между собой. И та и другая связи могут быть различны по форме и по типу. Могут иметь место сразу несколько видов связи доказательств с предметом доказывания. В этом случае необходимо выделить наиболее существенную, ту, которая позволит надежнее и нагляднее установить доказываемый тезис.
