Аннотация. Рецензия подготовлена на книгу В. С. Родионовой «Роль судебного пристава-исполнителя в деле по иску об освобождении имущества от ареста в исполнительном производстве» (под редакцией В. Г. Нестолия). Обосновывается актуальность избранной темы. Отмечается, что проведенное исследование представляет собой самостоятельный творческий труд, содержит элементы новизны, отвечает требованиям, предъявляемым к научному изданию. Формулируется вывод о том, что книга будет интересной юридической общественности.

Abstract. This review is prepared on V. S. Rodionova’s work under the title «The role of an executor-specialist in the case of the claim of releasing the property out of arrest in the executive procedure» (under V. G. Nestoliy’s edition). The actuality of the chosen subject is well explained. It should be noted that the fulfiled investigation is an independent creative work. It contains the new elements and corresponds to all demands which produces to any scientific edition. The conclusion that the book will be interesting for all readers busy with the law spheres is formulated.
