Аннотация. Статья посвящена институтам брака и семьи по германскому праву конца XIX в. Проанализированы причины изменения в основных институтах буржуазного брачно-семейного права Германии, вопросы заключения и расторжения брака, исследуются личные и имущественные правоотношения между супругами, а также проанализированы институт родительской власти и юридическое положение внебрачных детей.

Abstract. This article focuses on the institutions of marriage and family by the German right at the end of XIX century. Analyzed the causes of changes in the basic institutions of bourgeois marriage and family law in Germany, the issues of marriage and divorce, explores the personal and property relationship between spouses, as well as analyzed Institute of parental authority and the legal position of illegitimate children.
