Аннотация. В статье анализируются перспективы развития экономического сотрудничества между РФ, ЕС и ТС в связи с присоединением РФ к ВТО, планами по расширению Таможенного союза, а также заключением соглашений об ассоциации, которые ЕС предлагает третьим странам. В статье дана оценка различным вариантам правового оформления экономического сотрудничества ЕС с РФ и ТС, отмечены проблемы, которые существуют между данными партнерами.

Abstract. The authors analyze the prospects for the development of economic cooperation between Russia, the EU and the Custom Union due to the accession of Russia to the WTO, plans to expand the Customs Union, as well as the conclusion of the EU Association agreements. In the article the authors give an estimate to various embodiments of legal formalization of economic cooperation between the EU and the Russian Federation and the Custom Union, note the problems that exist between the partners.
