Аннотация.  примере Тобольской губернии (Западная Сибирь) рассматривается становление регламентированного «Учреждением для управления губерний Всероссийской империи» от 7 ноября 1775 г. института прокуратуры и стряпчих, развитие которого приходится на конец XVIII в.

Abstract. In article formation of institute of prosecutor’s office and the solicitors regulated «Establishment for management of provinces of the All-Russian empire» of November 7, 1775» on the example of the Tobolsk province of Western Siberia which development is the share of the end of the XVIII century is considered.
