Аннотация. Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса о месте и роли этики при проведении следственных действий, связанных с неприкосновенностью жилища. Также рассматривается вопрос взаимодействия процессуальных норм с этическими и нравственными началами. Исследуются такие понятия, как частная жизнь и личная семейная тайна. Производится анализ действий следователя с этической точки зрения.

Abstract. The article is sanctified to consideration of question about a place and role of ethics during realization of the investigatory actions related to inviolability of dwelling. The author analyses the issues of co-operation of judicial norms is examined with the ethic and moral beginning. Investigated such concepts as private life and personal skeleton in the cupboard. The analysis of actions of investigator is produced from the ethic point of view.
