Аннотация. Представлен сравнительный анализ характеристик несовершеннолетних, осужденных к лишению свободы и содержащихся в воспитательных колониях, и несовершеннолетних, которые осуждены к наказаниям, не связанным с лишением свободы. Приводимые конкретные данные о возрасте, поле, образовании, семейном положении и других характеристиках указанных лиц позволили определить их характерные черты и увидеть, в чем заключаются различия.

Abstract. The article presents a comparative analysis of the characteristics of minors sentenced to deprivation of liberty and contained in the colonies and of minors sentenced to a punishment not related to deprivation of liberty. The specific data on the age, gender, education, family status and other characteristics of these persons allowed to define their characteristics and see what the differences are.
