Аннотация. Рассматриваются вопросы интегрирования Сибири в общеимперскую правовую систему. Проблема заключалась в том, что, с одной стороны, в крае действовало обычное право, равно как и инородческие суды, а с другой стороны, возникла потребность в распространении судебной реформы 1864 г. на Сибирь.

Abstract. The author of the article examines issues of Siberia integration into omniaimperial legal system. The issues deal with customary law as well as “ethnical” courts functioning in the region, on the one hand, and the necessity of judicial reform in 1864 expansion to the territory of Siberia on the other hand. Judicial reform implementation in its “classical” form did not seem possible, primarily because of some regional peculiarities. Besides the policy in respect to court and justice had changed. The article focuses on the salvation of the issues in the second half of the XIX century.
