Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы уголовно-процессуального регулирования назначения и производства судебно-психиатрической экспертизы отдельным участникам уголовного судопроизводства. Автор предлагает внести соответствующие изменения в уголовно-процессуальное законодательство РФ в части их устранения.

Abstract. The article deals with problem issues of criminal procedure regulation of commission and performance of forensic mental examination to certain participants of criminal justice process. The author suggests altering the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation to the extent that the identified shortcomings to be eliminated.
