Устойчивое развитие на современном этапе международных отношений: правовые аспекты

Аннотация. Рассматривается концепция устойчивого развития в историческом аспекте ее формирования, и анализируются проблемы ее реализации на современном этапе. Исследуются принципы устойчивого развития, заложенные Декларацией Рио-де-Жанейро 1992 г., и перспективы дальнейших действий государств в преддверии конференции «Рио+20» по проблемам окружающей среды и устойчивого развития. Кроме того, в статье дается оценка международному сотрудничеству по реализации обязательств, вытекающих из Киотского протокола, как одному из элементов устойчивого развития.

Steady Development at the Present Stage of the International Attitudes: Legal Aspects

Abstract. In article the concept of a sustainable development are analyzed in historical aspect of its formation is considered and problems of its realization at the present stage. Author investigate the principles of a sustainable development put by the Rio de Janeiro's Declaration (1992) and prospect of further actions of the states on the threshold of the conference "Rio+20" on problems of environment and a sustainable development. Besides, there is the assessment of the international cooperation on implementation of the obligations following from the Kyoto Protocol as one of elements of a sustainable development.
