Аннотация. Судебные палаты, созданные при проведении судебной реформы в Российской империи, вначале были открыты в центральной России, а затем и на востоке. Для передачи знаний туда переводились опытные судьи. Нередко из сибирских палат судьи также перемещались на службу в Европейскую Россию, где служили на благо соответствующих регионов.

Office in the Appellate Court had Effect at the Central, Western and Eastern Territories of the Russian Empire

Abstract. The appellate courts were created as a result of judicial reform in the Russian Empire. At first the new courts were opened in central Russia, subsequently they were opened and on the eastern outskirts. For transmission of knowledge judges were transferred there. Often members of Siberian judicial chambers migrated to the work in European part of Empire were of benefit for the courts of other regions of Russia.
