Аннотация. Рассмотрены вопросы нормативного регулирования механизма реализации отдельных прав потерпевшего в уголовном судопроизводстве, отмечено несовершенство соответствующих норм УПК РФ. Предлагается внесение изменений в действующее уголовно-процессуальное законодательство.

Abstract. The article deals with the questions of the regulatory mechanism of individual rights of the victim of crime in the criminal proceedings. The article also refers to the imperfection of the corresponding norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia. The author offers to amend the contemporary criminal procedure legislation.
