Аннотация. Статья представляет собой сравнительно-правовой анализ законодательства субъектов РФ, входящих в Сибирский федеральный округ, в части регламентации организации и деятельности основных внесудебных институтов защиты прав и свобод граждан. Исследование содержит рекомендации по совершенствованию соответствующих федеральных и региональных законодательных актов.

Abstract. Article represents the comparative-legal analysis of the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federations entering into the Siberian federal district, regarding a regulation of the organization and activity of the basic extrajudicial institutes of protection of the rights and freedom of citizens. Research contains recommendations about perfection of corresponding federal and regional acts.
Key words: the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen, forms and institutes of protection of the broken rights, the representative under human rights in the subject of the russian federation, the ombudsman authorized by the rights of the child in the subject of the russian federation,the commission of human rights in the subject of the russian federation.
