Лесоохранительная политика России в допетровский период

Аннотация. Статья посвящена зарождению лесного законодательства Древней Руси и формированию его в период складывания русского централизованного государства. Основополагающей идеей развития лесного законодательства, пронизывающей содержание статьи, является укрепление государственно-правовых основ, требовавших оформление института государственной и частной собственности на леса и лесные угодья. Это способствовало разрушению ущербного представления о «ничейности» лесов и обеспечило переход к владельческому принципу, призванному содействовать радикальному использованию лесных богатств России.

The Russian Policy of Forest Protection in the Period before Peter the Great

Abstract. The article is devoted origin of the wood legislation of Ancient Russia and its formation in folding of the Russian centralised state. Basic idea of development of the wood legislation, the article penetrating the contents, strengthening is registration of institute state and a private property on woods and wood grounds is state - the legal platforms, claiming. It promoted destruction of defective submission «nobody's» woods and has ensured transition to the possessory principle, called to promote radical use of wood riches of Russia.
