Аннотация. В статье проводится детальный юридический анализ проекта Федерального закона «Об актуарной деятельности в Российской Федерации», его соответствия другим нормативным правовым актам, а также правилам юридической техники. Дается оценка возможным негативным последствиям его принятия.

The article is devoted to the detailed legal analysis of a currency and necessity of approval of the Federal Law «About actuarial profession in the Russian Federation», its conformity with other laws and rules of legal techniques.
