Аннотация. Проанализирован правовой статус главы органа местного самоуправления как субъекта ч. 3 ст. 290 УК РФ. Исследована судебная практика Верховного Суда РФ по данной категории уголовных дел.

Abstract. Legal status of the head of a local authority as a subject of Part 3 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code has been analyzed in the article. There have been studied court practices of the Supreme Court of the RF on this category of criminal cases; and current legislation, regulating activities of local authorities.
