Аннотация. Статья посвящена одной из особенностей договора личного страхования - его свойству публичности. Публичность договора личного страхования оценена критически. Изучены общие проблемы публичных договоров на примере договора личного страхования.

Abstract. Article is devoted one of features of the contract of personal insurance - to its property of publicity. Publicity of the contract of personal insurance is estimated critically. Shared problems of public contracts on an example of the contract of personal insurance are studied.
