Процессуальное взаимодействие субъектов арбитражного доказывания

Аннотация. Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса о взаимодействии между субъектами арбитражного доказывания. Автор обращает внимание на проблемы реализации состязательной модели арбитражного судопроизводства, которые возникают из-за отсутствия эффективного процессуального взаимодействия между субъектами процесса. Основным аспектом статьи является характеристика основных положений теории процессуального взаимодействия в арбитражном суде.

Interaction of Subjects of Showing in Arbitral Procedure

Abstract. This article is aimed to considering the question of the interaction between of subjects of showing in arbitral procedure. The author pays attention to the problems of realization of contention model of arbitration proceedings, which arise from the lack of effective procedural interaction between the subjects of the process. The main aspect of the article is description of substantive provisions of theory interaction of procedure in arbitration.
