Аннотация. Статья посвящена порядку формирования Национальной медицинской палаты. Национальная медицинская палата - саморегулируемая организация, призванная выработать стандарты оказания медицинской помощи, определить круг прав и свобод субъектов медицинских правоотношений, определить порядок внесудебной защиты пациентов и медицинских работников.

Abstract. The National Medical Chamber is a self-regulating organization which is designed to produce standards of rendering of medical assistance; to determine a scope of rights and freedoms of subjects of medical legal relations; and to define a procedure of an extrajudicial protection of patients and medical staff.
