Аннотация. В статье представлен анализ правового закрепления и юридический анализ некоторых составов преступления, закрепленных в Главе 34 УК РФ. В работе использованы международные документы, регламентирующие рассматриваемые вопросы, отражены различные научные позиции.

The Crimes With Specific Status by International Criminal Law

Abstract. In clause the analysis of legal fastening and the legal analysis of some structures of the crime fixed in Chapter 34 Crime Code of the Russian Federation is presented. In work the international documents regulating cases in point are used, various scientific positions are reflected.
