Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с одним из видов хищений - мошенничеством. Основной упор сделан на раскрытии понятия и способах совершения таких мошеннических действий, как мошенничество в финансовой сфере.

Abstract. This article discusses issues related to a type of theft - fraud. The emphasis is placed on the disclosure of the concepts and ways of committing such fraud as fraud in the financial sector.
