Аннотация. Cтатья раскрывает вопросы, возникающие при проведении прослушивания телефонных переговоров и контроля и записи переговоров. Говорится о трудностях проведения нового следственного действия - контроля и записи переговоров; описываются проблемы, возникающие у следователей при проведении данного следственного действия. Дается анализ современного оперативно-розыскного законодательства.

Abstract. The summary of the article: the article contains the problematic issues arising while wiretapping on telephone calls and control and record of communications. The article also says about difficulties of carrying out a new investigative action - control and record of communications. The problems that crime investigators have while carrying out the present investigative action are described in the article. The analysis of modern legislation on operational-investigative is given in the article.
