Аннотация. Автор анализирует изменения гражданского процессуального законодательства РФ о надзорном производстве с точки зрения защиты публичных интересов, обращается к формулировке понятия «публичные интересы», ставит вопрос о необходимости дополнения статьи 2 ГПК РФ.

Abstract. The author analyses the changes in the Civil Code of Practice of the Russian Federation concerning the review proceeding from the point of view of public interests, attempts the definition of «public interests», discusses the necessity of amending Article 2 CCP RF.
