Причинно-следственная связь как условие деликтной ответственности при оказании медицинских услуг

Аннотация. Причинно-следственная связь рассматривается как обязательное условие деликтной ответственности при оказании медицинских услуг. Приводятся примеры из судебной практики, подтверждающие невозможность возложения деликтной ответственности на причинителя вреда при отсутствии прямой причинно-следственной связи. Рассматриваются особенности установления причинно-следственной связи при разрешении судебных дел по возмещению вреда здоровью при оказании медицинских услуг.

The Relationship of Cause and Effect how Condition of Delict Responsibility at Provision of Medical Services

Abstract. The Relationship of cause and effect is considered, how an indispensable condition of delict responsibility at rendering of medical services. Examples from the judiciary practice, confirming impossibility of putting on delict responsibility on subject harm in the absence of a direct relationship of cause and effect are resulted. Features of an establishment of a relationship of cause and effect are considered at the permission of actions of proceeding on compensation of harm to health at rendering of medical services.
