Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются всевозможные методы и формы реализации охранительной функции права. Отметим, что охранительная функции права является реализацией охранительного назначения права в целом и ее нельзя сводить к какой-либо одной, отдельной форме реализации. Задача охраны, осуществляемая правом, решается различными приемами.

Abstract. In article every possible methods and forms of realization conservative function of the right are considered. We shall note, that conservative functions of the right is realization of conservative purpos of the right as a whole and she cannot be reduced to any one, separate to the form of realization.
