Аннотация. В статье проводится исследование относительно нового для российского права понятия бездокументарных ценных бумаг через призму основных научных концепций теории ценных бумаг. Автором дается сравнительный анализ документарного и бездокуметарного подходов к пониманию ценной бумаги, приводятся основные точки зрения на данную проблему. Отдельное внимание уделяется действующему законодательству в сфере регулирования института бездокументарных ценных бумаг.

Uncertified Securities: the Analysis of the Main Scientific Approaches and the RF Legislation

Abstract. The article researches a comparatively new for the Russian law notion of uncertified securities through the existing scientific conceptions of the theory of securities. The author makes a comparative analysis of the certified and uncertified approaches to the understanding of a security, considers the main points of view on this problem. Some attention is devoted to the current legislation in the sphere of regulating the institute of uncertified securities.
