Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются вопросы делегирования отдельных государственных полномочий негосударственным организациям, на примере торгово-промышленных палат в РФ. Проводится анализ понятий «наделение полномочиями» и «делегирование полномочий», выявляются их различия, а также условия такого делегирования

Abstract. In the article the issues of delegation of some government authorities to non-government organizations, by the example of chambers of commerce and industry in the Russian Federation, are regarded. The analysis of terms vesting with authority and delegation of authorities is made, differences between them and also conditions of such delegation are presented.
