Аннотация. Статья посвящена проблеме неуплаты работодателями взносов на обязательное пенсионное страхование. В статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимодействия территориальных органов ПФР со страхователями, органами прокуратуры, судами. Рассматриваются проблема применения норм об ответственности за неуплату страховых взносов, контроле исполнения страхователями обязанности по уплате страховых взносов. Предлагаются варианты решения названных проблем.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of employers' failure to pay the obligatory retirement contributions. The author considers the issues of cooperation between the regional bodies of the Russian Pension Fund and insurance companies, bodies of the public prosecution, courts. The article touches upon the problem of enforcing the norms of liability for failure to pay the insurance contributions, the control over the insurance companies' responsibilities to pay such contributions. The author suggests the variants of resolving the above mentioned problems.
